Who to contact
Reveal Exterior Cleaning is responsible for the customer information it receives. If you have a question about your information, contact Micky on 07466 051832.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, postcode, optional phone number and job details are sent to Reveal’s enquiry inbox. If you arrive from the calculator, the relevant itemised estimate is included too. We use Cloudflare to process the form and Postmark to deliver the email.
The website does not keep a separate customer database. Enquiries are held in our email system, and our service providers may retain delivery and security records as part of providing their services. We do not enable email open or link tracking for these enquiries.
Please include only information relevant to the job. You can send photos separately through WhatsApp; avoid including people, vehicle registrations or personal documents where they are not needed.
When you contact us
We use the contact details, property information and photos you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you ask us to carry out. Information needed for an enquiry or booking is processed to take steps at your request before a contract, or to carry out that contract. Business records may also need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, work or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact Micky to ask about information held about you.
Website visits and other services
The site does not set advertising cookies or include advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, the pages requested and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
WhatsApp, Instagram and Google operate their own services and privacy policies. Opening those services or contacting us through them means they will process information under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact Micky to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
